    • Rug was returned because…..
Color: Ivory/Sage Size: 9' x 12' Pattern Name: Oriental
First the good: the rug arrived super fast and was rolled and wrapped in plastic. It was a 9x12 rug so I am sure that helped with the weight. Size was accurate and I could see both the sage and the ivory. The bad: the corners of the rugs were the green I wanted and predominately went under the furniture in my room except one corner. The center 1/3 was almost all very washed out. One area looked like the lighter dye had just been dumped on making it look almost like what it would look like if bleach was poured on it. I left it on my floor for a few hours hoping it would grow on me but it absolutely took away from the warm feeling I wanted in the room. I filled out the return, which was simple. Chose the option to return to UPS (I should have said pick up) and then it said to box and attach labels. I did not have a box, but it did nt arrive in one so used the delivery plastic, a few trash bags, and lots of tape to insure safe transport back. My refund was issued shortly after the rug was scanned at UPS for return. ... show more

With online purchasing of rugs, I didn't have high expectations and relied a lot on reviews. I am pleased with the look of the rug and it would go with different styles and colors too. The rug is a lower pile and softer that I expected. I vacuum daily and we are no shoes in house kind of people . The rug still looks new after about 10 months of use. I spilt a whole mug of tea right after purchasing ( not surprised as I am clumsy), and I was baffled that with a quick clean, I did not see any bit of a stain. I can't even see where it spilled! I use a rug pad with this rug and do recommend a rug pad with any rug. ... show more
