This is a beautiful rug. It arrived rolled and well packaged. It flattened out quickly. We got the 14’ runner for a long hallway. The tag says this is pure wool. It feels softer than I’d expect for wool, which is great. The pile is pretty short, but we do need to trim one door to fit over it. I expected this before ordering- even the flat washable ones were in the way of the door. The abstract pattern is visible yet subtle enough that it sort of blends in when you’re not looking directly at it. The colors are perfect for what we were looking for and go well with our natural oak floors and pine trim. The orange appears orange, rust, terracotta, or brown depending on the lighting. I included some photos in different lighting to try to show that. We have ours in an internal hall that doesn’t get much natural light. There are specks of a pretty green/gray color, and off white, mixed in with the orange. The rug seems very high quality. I hope it will hold up in this high traffic area, especially with a large messy dog in the house. The dog likes it too and has been napping there since we laid it down. ... show more

I was so excited for this rug, and it did not disappoint. Wonderful cream and rust color, with some hints of blue/ gray/ slate that make it surprisingly versatile. The backing is not scratchy so we did not need to purchase an additional liner. It feels like a quality rug, but is low enough pile to easily vacuum and have in high use areas. FYI, the natural fiber does shed a bit at first but that is easy to vacuum. ... show more

I needed an 8ft Square Rug. This is advertised as one. Excited to open & laid out. It looked small. Measured it at 7ft 7 inches! FIVE inches short on both side. That’s 20 square inch of non-existent covered area. This should be priced accordingly. Too much trouble to return. But to be fair, quality is great. It feels soft and thick on your feet. You should vacuum it well on first use because it’s wool and it sheds. After the initial vacuuming, found no more shedding. Overall look is classic & expensive. This carpet looks like it will last. I love the high quality of this rug and that it's a wool rug. The pattern is surprising beautiful; the two colors are soft yet the pattern is lovely. I have a largish dog that lies on the rug but hasn't damaged it at all, and she's still a puppy so the strength of the rug is tough. I love it!

A beautiful looking rug with a unique pattern but sadly has hard little rock like pieces all throughout the rug, bought for a bedroom and stepping out and into these sharp pieces will not work. This rug is fairly nice and soft, matches our color scheme well, and is a normal “carpet” feel as opposed to the Berber-type rugs you often find when looking for wool. It does have a few pokey spots when you walk on it - not sure why that is the case, but it’s not bad enough to deter us. It’s a nice gray, white, teal design. The rug has some weird hard clay in it that I tried to wash out and couldn’t. It also sheds a lot. For $87 its fine, not great or even good. My kid will ruin it most likely which is why I’m keeping it. Not worth ruining a rug I care about.
