Overall very nice king frome with led and 4 drawers. Took hours to assemble and the wire drawers were a bit daunting to assemble but once it’s done, it worked out very nicely. All pieces and hardware was there. Box came damaged but internal pieces were packed well enough. Frame is very sturdy and every bolt lined up perfectly to the threads. Took some time to put together, but that was expected. Once together, it looks amazing, and the lights look cool at night. The storage space is a nice bonus, and it's very sturdy with great quality.

Moving into my first apartment was supposed to be a highlight, but this bedframe turned the first night into an absolute disaster. I chose this specific model because the price and 100lb weight suggested durability and quality, yet the reality was a poorly machined nightmare that felt like a slap in the face. My partner and I spent over three hours struggling with a manual that didn't even accurately reflect the product, only to find that several screw holes weren't even fully cleared out, making it impossible for the hardware to catch. It’s incredibly demoralizing to be stuck in a room full of boxes, exhausted from a move, and forced to play amateur engineer just to have a place to sleep. Because of the sheer weight, returning it feels like an impossible task, so I’m left feeling held hostage by a purchase that failed to meet even the most basic standards of manufacturing. ... show more

Although the shipping process did cause a few packaging scraps, the contents were packed nicely and did not suffer the same fate as the shipping box itself. The instructions to put the frame together was straight forward and easy while each component seemed to be labelled correctly. There were no missing parts. The storage bins are okay but a little flimsy IMO but we've added precut thin boards to line them so no small items fall through the holes. Great quality and easy to build! I thought this bed would be a nightmare to assemble, but my wife and I had it done in about an hour and a half (with a quick 10-minute break, lol). The instructions were clear, and everything was well-labeled. It even came with extra parts, which was a nice surprise. Once it was built, my wife, daughter, and I all got on, and it held firm — no squeaks or wobbling at all. Great quality and fits perfectly! Got 2 for my boys. Was a little bit frustrating putting together and not all of the holes lined up. There is a big gap between headboard and mattress, so pillows are always falling through. I would’ve sent back but too much of a hassle to take apart now. I like the style though!
