i've suffered with SI joint pain for years despite going to doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapist none of which helped me at all and the latter two hurt me worse. I just stumbled upon a video about the use of back braces for SI pain. I shopped around on Amazon and this belt was my first choice. Wide enough but not too wide and big strong Velcro pieces that would hold up well. And the price was great too! I'm very pleased with my purchase and have little or no pain while wearing it. It helps me to protect my back from further injury when i have to lift and/or bend and do my strengthening exercises. If you are needing an SI belt, you won't regret buying this one!

This regular-size belt has been useful for protecting my hip from further strain during league bowling. It fits well (41" hips, size 12 misses pants, 35 men's). And it stays in place well. It is of good quality, stays closed while using, and is easy enough to take off when necessary. I like it!

This belt was helpful for my SI pain. It is not a complete relief but an improvement. The regular size belt did fit well despite the fact that my measurement was only an inch smaller than the 44" size. I found it tolerable for several hours at a time but could not imagine it being comfortable for all day. The belt could be improved if it were slightly wider in the back and sides. It slides a little bit with position changes but is easily pulled down without removing and refastening. It is well made and the velcro is quite strong, though I don't know if use over time would weaken it.

I bought the SI belt yesterday. I have an 8 month old baby that was born weighing just over 9 lbs. He’s now 28 lbs and is a pain to carry around literally. I’ve been having pain in my lower back, right buttock and down my right leg since I was 7 months pregnant because of how big my boy was. The pain has gotten worse over time and within the past month it’s gotten so bad that I can’t even walk. I’m basically bed ridden half the day unless I absolutely have to get up to feed my baby or do house chores which almost kills me and has me crying in tears because the pain of just standing is excruciating. My leg goes numb and starts tingling from the pain in my lower back as well with this sharp pain in my right buttock. I have always been an active person that loves to be outside and up and moving. I will be going to see neurologist in October to see what is exactly going on with my body and I pray that surgery will not be required, I’m only 35! Well the reason I’m writing this is to help others in my situation. I neverrrrrrrrr write reviews but because this belt has helped alleviate my pain to where I can walk and at least somewhat be active I wanted to share so I can possibly help others. Trust me when I tell you. My DR. Has prescribed me lortabs, Percocet, gabentina, and nothing helps. When I tell you this pain almost makes me feel paralyzed I mean that with no exaggeration. Thank God this belt is helping me. I haven’t took any medicine at all today besides Motrin. I usually would have taken two lortabs by now. If you feel anything like me I would try this belt. Make sure you put it low enough where it should be and make it as tight as you can take it. I think the compression helps and keeps your hips lined up properly along with helping the pelvic area. It just overall helps support you. I can now carry my big boy without suffering so much but just because you feel the belt helping you I suggest you still don’t overdue yourself like lifting too many heavy things and bending thinking your back and pain has healed. Take things easy and take care of yourself. I hope if you purchase this that you have positive results as well!
