Update: The seller sent a replacement immediately after posting my initial review. The replacement doesn't have the issues I had with the first one and it's working great. The keyboard is great, I bought this to replace my old keyboard with are rest and this one does the job. Lights are cool. I faced a few issues with the mouse. When I start using the mouse after returning to my desk, the mouse won't respond if I just move it around, I gave to use the scroll wheel to bring it back to life. I also had issues with the auto move feature that's supposed to keep the screen from locking, I wanted to turn that off, followed the instructions but it did not stop immediately, have to power off and turn on the mouse to work. I find these issues annoying and waste of time while working.

The keyboard and mouse were received quickly. It was very easy to install and setup. It took me less than 15 minutes. Everything was clearly marked. I like the ergonomic keyboard's layout and features and the mouse with the thumb holder makes the mouse much more comfortable. The cool backlighting and colors are great too. All and all, this is a great keyboard and mouse, especially for the price. I've paid a lot more and received much less for past keyboards from big named vendors. If you need a new keyboard and mouse you won't go wrong with this combo.

UPDATE- I had originally given this company a 1 star review for a faulty keyboard. After posting this review I was contacted by the company within a week and they sent me a replacement keyboard. I've had this keyboard for a month and so far no issues. The company provided me a replacement keyboard because they stand behind their product, no requests or promises were made. update to 4 star INITIAL REVIEW I bought this keyboard and mouse to have in mid February, from the beginning the battery life on the keyboard seem a little weak. I charged the keyboard overnight and the the battery would last only a couple days. Exactly a month after I purchased the keyboard and mouse the keyboard stopped holding charge at all and now the keyboard and it has to be connected permanently. The worst thing is that I contacted customer support for assistance and it has been total silence. I have purchased other products thru amazon and if they become defective, I was able to contact the seller and they would do right by their product. NOT THIS COMPANY...

Update: Customer service reached out to me after I did this rating and apologized about the faulty keyboard. They then issued a full refund. I’m impressed with the customer service. The mouse is great, I haven’t had any problems with it at all and love the wiggle feature. I’ve only had to charge it maybe twice since I got it in December. The keyboard on the other hand is garbage. It has to be charged all the time, even when it was switched off it died. I dunno if I got a faulty keyboard or what.

It feels great! The hand rest on the keyboard is perfect to help from putting strain on your wrists. The mouse has a great feel as well. I haven't had to charge them in days but I do turn them off every night. The only problem I have is the phone/tablet holder on the keyboard is not big enough for your phone or tablet case. Most people have a case on their phones and to have to remove it to put it in the holder is a huge inconvenience. So, I don't use it!

This keyboard arrived quickly and was packaged well. I love the larger letters and love the fact that the letters are backlit. The keystrokes flow smoothly and quietly. It also has a comfortable angle wrist rest. A mouse comes with it and once charged holds the charge for several days before needing to attach chord to use and recharge. Best of both worlds, wired and useable when power is low and totally wireless for several days when charged

Purchased this Keyboard/ Mouse combo in October 2023. At first, i was thrilled to replace a KBM combo that finally stopped working with this set up. I liked the feel of the keys and how I can rest the board on my lap while surfing the web. Unfortunately, after 6 months of ownership, the keyboard's battery life is basically zero. Basically stopped charging. When it does, it doesn't last long. I can leave it on a USB charger for a full day and maybe have 10 minutes of cordless time. Also I have to use a USB to USB C cord to use it to supply power to the keyboard to make it work. At this point at the price point, I could have spent a few extra dollars for a gaming Keyboard if I wanted to remain on a corded set up. Now there is a red light on all the time when I use it. The mouse on the other hand ( no pun intended) works very well. The scroll is smooth. It is very responsive. It has a mouse giggler for when you pesky work spyware on your computer. The mouse's battery lasts longer than any other cordless mouse I have ever used. It also have some additional function buttons to use for web or productivity software. Unfortunately, the Amazon window closed well before the keyboard exhibited the poor charging function. If it did this in the window, I would have returned it. Now I will have to look for a replacement since my work environment is set up for a cordless not corded devices.
