Features

  • SCS - The SCS coating on the neoprene, typical of high-end suits, reduces friction and helps to increase speed. Its micro-cellular structure repels water and creates less restriction when moving forward.
  • Zero Chafing - The lining in the neck area reduces friction and the likelihood of chafing. The material is soft to the touch and better for contact with the skin.
  • Buoyancy - The S7 corrects your positioning, elevating you as much as possible. The 5-mm thick neoprene, used in the hips and legs, helps keep your lower body at the surface at all times. The 3-mm thick panel, located on the chest, prevents your body from swaying due to improper breathing.
  • Flexibility - The 2-mm Yamamoto panels, with 39-cell SCS lining on the forearms, shoulders and arms, combined with a flexibility liner, maintain mobility and improve flexibility.
  • Infinity Skin - The inner Infinity Skin lining provides the feeling of absolute freedom. Designed based on a high-elasticity nylon that incorporates bamboo fibers, this technology is applied to the lining of our wetsuits to offer you greater flexibility with each stroke. This cloth maintains body heat longer, reduces body odor and the appearance of bacteria in your wetsuit. It is also made from natural eco-friendly materials to prevent the appearance of skin irritation and care for the environme

Description

The S7 is an alternative to the 3.8 for the Progressive Swimmer. This type of swimmer needs extra buoyancy, so the S7 was designed to elevate the position of the triathlete in the water without compromising elasticity when it comes to swim strokes. The perfect tool to make sure swimming doesn’t slow you down. HydroLite - The HydroLite panels help the wetsuit come of easier, for faster transitions. This technology, combined with the SCS coating, helps the water slide off your wetsuit, without impregnating it, considerably improving your hydrodynamics.

  • Love it!
Hello, I did my first triathlon and originally had the wrong wet suit. I ordered a new one hoping it would make a difference. I LOVED this wet suit for a couple reasons. I am always cold, so I thought I would freeze in the santa cruz ocean. I have to say I was very comfortable wearing this suit and was not even really cold. I also loved it because it kept me on top of the water and cold just swim normally. I am not a strong swimmer and did a lot better than I thought and believe it had a lot to do with this wetsuit. I would buy again if needed. ... show more

  • Very satisfied with wetsuit and seller response to issue.
This feels like super good quality, but when I did as the tag says “tear off label” it popped a stitch. This is my first tri wetsuit and I’m supposed to be racing in it in two weeks. I’m not sure if this is going to tear apart when I put it on or not, but if it does I’m going to make this a one star review. I’ll probably buy the synergy tri wetsuit if this one comes apart. I hope I didn’t waste nearly $250. So far I’m very disappointed in this purchase. Update: The day I wrote the above review I contacted the seller. I received a reply in less than 2 hours and sent them the above picture. They responded that there is other stitching in the same area and this is not a problem. They also offered to send a patch kit if it made me feel better to have a patch in place there. My impression has gone from very disappointed to very impressed with the seller and product. I have tried it on and it fits great, well tight but that's how it's supposed to fit from what I've read. I'm excited about swimming in this tomorrow morning. ... show more

  • Durable; inexpensive; good buoyancy
This is my third Orca wetsuit, after the Sonar and 3.8. This is a great training wetsuit -- cheap enough to use for your everyday open water swim, and cheap enough that you won't worry if you accidentally nick or scratch it. It is decently buoyant, although not as buoyant as the 3.8 (~7 min slower over 2.4 miles). ... show more

  • TRULY LOVE ORCA WETSUITS
I first ordered the orca S7 wetsuit and it fitted fine but amazon had sent me a damaged one. I got in contact with the company and spoke to a lovely lady named Kristen helped me out in no time. She was very nice and understanding and sent me a new suit right away and helped make the return of the damage one very easy. I would not order them through amazon but I would 100% go through the company's site as their customer service was so helpful and kind. ... show more

  • Excelente
Siempre uso esta marca para las competencias de triatlón de media distancia Fáciles de poner y sacar Muy flexibles en el agua Hay que ponerlas con cuidados dado que como pasa en la mayoría de este tipo de trajes, se rompen fácilmente

  • Great buy & quality, it’s your fault if you damage it
First off, disregard the reviewers that damaged their suits while donning or doffing the suit. You can destroy any suit if you are wreckless or don’t know what you are doing. This is the seventh or eighth wetsuit I’ve purchased and I’m really happy with my buy. The size chart was very accurate and the suit fits me very well. Buoyancy and flexibility are great, the coating on the suit glides smoothly through the water. It is easy to slide on and off, the zipper pull is very convenient. ... show more
