i just now got my mattress, so don't have a lot to say yet (gave it 4 stars, cuz so far, so good ;) ) ... 1st, i want to acknowledge the local UPS guy - he went above & beyond! i had a path all cleared to the bedroom, expecting to be dragging the box thru, but the guy offered to bring it right in, set the box exactly so & even offered to stay & help me set it up! i said thanks but i know they're busy & was grateful he brought it all the way in for me :) ... i immediately set about to opening it so it could start expanding/airing out ... i did NOT notice any unusual odors (yet anyway) ... i did notice as i was unrolling it that it was very cool (probably a result of the vacuum packing) ... it looks almost inflated already, but i have it up on its end in the window - so the top of the mattress is getting the fresh breeze & i have 2 old fans (on their last legs, the neighbors were throwing out) blowing at what will be the bottom when i lay it down - i'm hoping all the air circulation might prevent any of the horror stories i've read about these types of mattresses :O ... it seems the bigger the mattress is, the more prone it can be to unpacking problems (mines a double/full) ... so fingers crossed that i don't experience any negative effects the way some have :/ ... the storms we were having have all blown over to Honolulu, so Hilo atm is sunny & dry & warm - optimal conditions for mattresses like this to re-inflate - + i opened it right away upon receipt, so hope that helps, too ... when i have more info, i wish to update this - until then: fingers crossed! ;) ..... ..... ..... it's only been not quite a day; mattress seems to be inflating well, tho i've noticed some lumps & bumps in the base foam only - i'm hoping that's due to the fact it hasn't yet had a chance to fully expand. i haven't sat nor laid on it yet - i want to make sure i give it at least 3 days before putting any weight on it ... ... ... ... ... today marks the 72 hrs! most of it's decompressed to about 14 1/2 ", tho some parts are still at only 13"; still some bumpiness in the base foam --- am gona give it a few more days before i sit/lay on it cuz i imagine having that much foam sucked down to a few inches & then go thru the shipping process for X amt of days is traumatic to the foam & it takes some time to recover (putting any wt on it seems like i'd just add to problems :/ but i lived w/out it this long so a few more days or so won't bother me) - still haven't noticed any unusual odors, so i think all is going as it should be, am just giving it more than the recommended 72 hrs to see if the shorter areas plump up & i think the bumpy ridges in the base are just parts that are still compressed & need to inflate - fingers crossed! lol ... UPDATE after having it out of the box a few wks now: well, i have sat on it & laid on it to check it out & it seems like it's gona be comfortable - but i still wnat to wait a while before sleeping on it every night! ... the hard lumpy bumps ARE smoothing out the more acclimated it becomes! i think it's just gona take time, after all, it was squashed/sucked flat to maybe an inch in thickness! LOL ... one end has actually expanded to a bit over 15"; the other end isn't quite 14" (so far!) but i'm _not_ complaining: it's supposed to be healthy for us to sleep w/our feet slightly elevated than the rest of our body (better heart circulation; helps dispel fluid build up in legs, feet; etc benefits you can google :) ) so i intend to make the higher end the 'foot' of the bed (tho the other end may continue decompressing & gain more height) i also am thinking: there's probably more lumpy-bumps inside the mattress that i can't see & they still need time to adjust from being a large thing, sucked into a tiny space, then needing to re-expand back to it's original size! that simply cannot happen in only a few days & i fear putting any weight on it will interfere w/this process - so i'm content to wait even a couple months before sleeping on it, & hope it doesn't ever develop problems i've read about on-line - as long as i can be patient & let it fully acclimate & decompress as much as possible after the trauma of it's compressing, i think it may be a very comfortable mattress for some years! ... the company also seems to be thoughtful & considerate. ... show more

Opened the outer casing completely to let it expand and it was great. Filled out completely. It is a bit wide to sit into the bunk bed frame we put it on. Would be perfect for a platform bed frame. My daughter loves the mattress and says it is sooo comfy.

I opened the box a day later after it arrived, not a strong smell but I can tell it has a factory smell which it says in the small note left for you in this package. There is a plastic cutter inside as well, I just didn’t figure that out until I already went in with scissors. Which instructions do tell you not to do but luckily I cut the mattress wrap how I do my wig lace….. CAREFULLY 😭. It wants you to let it expand for 72 hours, I suggest letting it get the full blow up for 72 hours and not laying on it when you think it’s done, it’ll take away from the height you ordered and money you spent. MATTRESS STRAIGHT HEAVEN YALL! Buy it if you looking for a super foamy comfy bed . ... show more

My husband and I just love this find. It fits us both and we don't want to get out of bed. Fall asleep fast and deep without all that tossing and turning. Wake up refreshed. So happy that we bought this and hope anyone that buys it feels the same way. When we are awake and our little Shih Tzu wants to sleep he now chooses the bed over his bed on the floor LOL. Had to get little stairs for him to climb up because it is high for a little jumper. Just a little note. Leave it is a room for 3 days, I know that seems long but in that time it came to the height and firmness that we needed and wanted. Been sleeping on it for about a year now. We've been through several more expensive mattresses in the last 5 years including a Casper. This is the cheapest mattress we've bought, and it is by far the most comfortable. I have extensive back injuries that leave me in near constant pain so the right mattress is extremely important, and this one has been fantastic for both myself and my wife. Some reviews say it doesn't hold up long term, if those are true then I'll buy another one when this one wears out in a few years! ... show more

Got this bed for my toddler. It is a very nice mattress. No chemical smell like some of the other foam mattresses I've purchased in the past. Fluffed up in about an hour, but I waited a day to put sheets and everything on. The mattress is very comfortable even better than serta mattress I just bought. Great and comfortable however we keep sinking to the middle of the bed. It is very comfortable however there seems to be a indent in the center of the bed and therefore we are clinging to the edge every night trying to sleep towards the side and not getting stuck in the middle

Best mattress ever I’m currently 6.5 months pregnant and I couldn’t have gotten anything better mine is the full king size 14 inch mattress inflated up to that less than 24 hours, so comfy I don’t even want to get out of bed in the morning (mind you I’m a morning person) helped all my back aches. I was skeptical of the bed bugs and stains from bad prior reviews but none of that was true with this mattress. It is a softer mattress it sinks in when you lay in it but I like that comfort it inflates back to normal once your up it contours to your body no complaints best purchase ... show more
