I really liked this. The packaging and stats where a little different than the pictures on Amazon, but not by much. The taste....WOW! I was not expecting that. I ate this whole package within a few days because I got obsessed. I tried it in pancake and waffle form. A bit expensive, but if you are scratching the breakfast itch with trying to meet your macros, this is it! Serving size similar to the protein waffles in store. Like for like, but texture is soft and fluffy. Smell is not just like pancakes, but pretty darn close! Easy to make. Serving grams is a bit weird, but just round.

The macros on this are solid—good protein, low sugar, and a convenient option for a quick breakfast. It tastes decent and mixes easily. That said, the price for an 11.5 oz bag is just too high for what you get. I’ve since switched to another protein pancake mix that’s more cost-effective. Good product, just hard to justify the value.

Surprised at how much I like these because I accidentally ordered the buttermilk flavor vs cinnamon. Pros: When you open the packet it smells like cake mix. Mixes very well with water. 20 g of protein for 200 calories is perfect. Cons: Cost - not many servings for this price. Also minor but I wouldn't have a double portion because the saturated fat is 4g. If you want to avoid getting 10-20 grams a day of saturated fat you don't want to eat a lot of that in your first small meal.

Great product. I use my mini waffle maker. Add a swipe of natural cashew butter and honey and it's delicious! Healthy high protein breakfast in less than 8 minutes.
