This is easy to prepare. I add about 1/3 cup of extra flour and 1/8 cup of extra water to it and that allows me to easily spread the the crust to cover a 12 inch round pan without tearing. Home made pizza is so much better tasting, and so much cheaper. You can make one sooner than what it would take you to have one delivered.

I tested both and prefer betty crocker pizza dough mix. This is still a good buy. I'll most likely use it for making biscuits for biscuits and gravy or as a dessert pie crust.

Love this mix, it's so easy, has great ingredients and rises reliably, even without using a heat source. Makes gorgeous crust and tasty Pizza, Calzone, it's just a great mix. It's gotten ridiculously expensive as I used to be able to find it in Walmart and by a Dozen for .67 cents each. So $2 and something is insane to pay, but for good ingredients and good pizza, it's still better than alternatives.

I have been using Jiffy Pizza crust misx for over 35 years. It was discontinued at the stores around us and I tried others What a let down. I was so happy to see that it is on Amazon. None of the others I used even compared.

I can't claim this pizza dough matches the local pizzeria, but for something you can just mix with 1/2 cup of water, let stand for 5 minutes, then cook up - I'm incredibly impressed with the quality. I've made homemade dough before and it's easy to end up with something that is too dense. This had great flavor and airyness. And much cheaper than even a frozen pizza at today's grocery prices. I'm happy!
