I made a bread with a churros flavor and Italian savory put of it. I don't like puffy pizza. It wasn't hard to mix, it sat 20 minutes to rise, it was sticky. But it is tummy. I would do this again.

This is a gluten free crust that doesn’t feel like you are eating something ridiculous. Even my husband is ok with it. Usually I do gluten free and husband and son do different gluten mix. However you must make whole package at a time which makes about 3 personal pizzas.

WAY too sticky if you use the recipe on the back! Start with 1 cup of water and add if needed because I had to add a ton more flour to make it manageable. Otherwise, it’s so delicious and works great!

I found a chocolate chip cookie recipe that called for gluten free bread flour. I couldn’t find any so used this. The cookies were had an amazing texture and supported the regular gluten free flour to make cookies that were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

I buy this a lot. If you're trying to eat less white flour, this is a decent option. I mix it all and form 2 balls which makes 2 small-med size pizzas on cookie sheets. It's a little sticky but it turns out ok. Be sure to prebake just a liitle, 5 min or so. Then do toppings and cheese and bake in super hot oven. ... show more
