Ryobi FTW!
I have had this for a year now before I wrote the review. It’s everything it was supposed to be as described. It’s been a great tool with lots of power! It was a great price and that’s the reason I bought it. This is my go to tool for being a weekend handy man. I would also say to invest in the bigger battery. You won’t be disappointed. Ryobi for the win! ... show more

Great tool. Horrible dissolute by Amazon and its vendor!
Review Image by Edward S. Dela Cruz Jr.
Equipment is amazing. Works very wells. That’s not the problem. Writing 1 star Because I’m furious it was not brand new. Even more furious It did not come with original box packaging. When I took it out of the wrap it had saw dust particles on it still. I’m a Ryobi collector and keep all the original packaging . Last time I’m ordering from Amazon for power tools unless they fix this crap. Ensure it comes in the original packaging Amazon. It’s not brand new if it’s not!!!!!!! ... show more

Much better than the non-brushless design
Bought this to replace the previous version when the motor, or gearbox, seized up. Runs longer than the previous design and has several other improvements that make it feel more heavy duty. It is also noticeably heavier but in a good way. The trigger could be a little better because is seems to always want to run full speed. It's a little hard to use it on a slow speed for precision cuts. ... show more
