Product is clean, works great and looks great, installation was very easy. it sprays nice and doesnt hurt like some bidets when you put them on full blast. Also if you winterize or let it sit dry for a while remember to make sure the little backflow check valves under the dials doesn’t get stuck shut. Customer service is fast and very helpful. I love a good bidet and this was no exception HOWEVER it does not work on my campers toilet (without modifying it) even though the description says it will. Actually yes, it does work but you'll have to sit on the very front edge of the toilet seat to get the water to spray where it's supposed to. If you have one of the majority of toilets out there that this does work on without modifications, you'll be very happy with the purchase. The self cleaning feature and the adjustable water pressure are great features some others didn't offer.

I added this smaller bidet unit on top of our new RV toilet. It's a nice addition to the unit for better hygiene and cleanliness. It helps people with hemorrhoids and sensitive rears! Less toilet paper is needed to complete the job so there's less build up in your waste tank also. It comes with most parts to complete the install. I only had to buy a few plumbing parts like a 12" faucet hose and a few 1/2" elbow fittings that a washer hook up used. It's a very nice addition to the bathroom and will make you feel better too. It fits well and works as it should.

This bidet is great, and it's very helpful to have all of the connectors to make it easily install in an RV. There is one con about this bidet, and that is that the knob to turn the water on is very slippery. If you have recently put lotion on your hands, you don't have the slightest chance of getting it to turn. I figured out a solution for this problem- I took a rubber band and wrapped it around the outer circumference of the knob. The rubber band i used perfectly went around three times, and now the knob has a grippier surface and turns easily.

Worked well for female anatomy, but for males, not so much. We ended up taking it off. Fairly easy to install, but we had a leak that would have been a real problem had we not found it quickly. I recommend putting a water alarm on the floor under the connections to alert you of any leaks.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Will do a review after 6 months. Factory waterline fitting would not work. I just got a 3" piece of 1/2 pex & a water shut off & a T. Tapped a new hole and voula.

Installed in our Newmar Baystar 3626. The product contains all you need. READ THE PRODUCT DETAILS. THIS WILL NOT FIT ALL TOILETS. MAKE SURE YOUR MODEL IS LISTED. The magic of this product is the "T" adapter that fits your RV plumbing. I did have to move the RV water inlet 1" to provide room for the adapter. Works great, no leaks. We have similar bidets in our house - now the RV is just like being at home
