I recently replaced my old double basin sink with a Ruvati single basin sink and am very impressed with the quality and functionality. The Ruvati is made from a thicker 16 gauge 304 stainless steel compared to many big-box store brands, which should ensure greater durability. The sink fit perfectly in my existing countertop space, and the installation process was straightforward. One minor drawback to the installation were the clips to secure the sink to the countertop. These clips, which seem to be standard now across many sink manufacturers, were a bit challenging to maneuver during installation due to their size and required a long, thin screwdriver to tighten. Overall, I am very pleased with the Ruvati sink. It is a well-made, spacious sink that has significantly enhanced my kitchen functionality. I highly recommend this sink to anyone looking for a high-quality upgrade.

We are recovering under counter sink owners, and wanted to return to the practical benefits of a drop in sink with our current kitchen remodel. We learned that gigantic single bowl sinks have become common in designer kitchens, while traditionally sized double bowl sinks have been stigmatized by now appearing inadequate and old fashioned. We wanted our kitchen to look up to date, but did not like the industrial look of the popular large format 33"x22" no radius sinks. We also wanted to have a single large bowl for more easily washing the large items that do not fit in the dishwasher. We looked at hundreds of sinks in the online catalogs, and even purchased three to bring home and audition in our kitchen. We never found the "medium" size single bowl sink we imagined should exist. The sizes jumped from small to extra large. We finally selected a sink from the Ruvati Modena series. This large modern 33" x 22" sink has a 31" x 20" bowl that is slightly smaller than found in most of the 33" x 22" sinks. It also has soft and round corners, which are not commonly found in these large sinks. The curved bottom profile is appealing, as it seems more elegant than the creased fold gutters featured in the industrial style designs. We appreciate the heavy duty 16 gauge steel construction. The sound padding seems substantial. The stainless steel finish seems typical. The sink has a brushed finish but came with a few scratches that are visible at certain angles. All of the sinks we looked at in person seemed to have the same issues. We value the durability of the material, and the ability to sterilize it effectively over other considerations. The sink seemed like a good value and we are pleased with it. Thank you.

This sink is nice and thick stainless steel and I’m very pleased with the quality. Not so much on the Quality Control though. I find it hard to believe that as well as it was packaged that it came with a bent corner. The box was not damaged in that corner so this is obviously a prepackaged bent corner. We will have to fix it ourselves because I’m on a time line and don’t have time to send it back. Its possible that this is a return just reshipped to me. Either way the quality control should do a better job.

We love our new sink! We bought our house 16 years ago, newly built, and it had Corian countertops and integrated sink. The sink stained so easily! A carrot peel that hit the side would leave an orange mark as soon as it hit. Over time, the bottom of the sinks also started to discolor. I finally had had enough of trying to scrub and bleach it clean. Stainless steel, single bowl is a much better option. Large pans can fit easily and the metal rack protects the bottom of the sink fro scratches. Cleaning it is super easy - just some dish soap on a sponge will do the trick. An occasional cleaning with Comet or a similar product will probably be all it needs to keep looking great. We had our sink in a few days, installed and in use for a few weeks now. So glad we did this! Highly recommend this product.

The Ruvati sink is great quality, sturdy, heavyweight stainless, and a breeze to install. The sink came with 2 drainers, stainless rack, and a nice looking matching drain cover. Ty he sink is easy to clean and tough against scratches. This was a great buy.

I ordered this for my son and he finally was able to find someone to install it. By the time he had a stone cutter cut the counter for the new sink and they dropped it in place, he discovered it was bent on the left side. The entire left side was slightly bent down causing it not to lay completely flat. It took so long to get someone there to cut counter stone and have plumber the next day that he had to continue with the install. The plumber had to put a lot of caulking on the side to prevent water from getting underneath. I was so disappointed with the quality of this product that I hesitate to give it any positive review. I was looking for the heavier gauge sink but now I wish I had found the same gauge sink at a local Home Depot. That being said my son could not bend it down to make it flat which says it came from factory that way. No damage to outside of box either. Sad to say but unless they pay to have it replaced plus installation. Go find another product.

There's nothing not to like about this sink. Is it as nice as the $1000+ workstations? No, but it's not $1000+ either. I think it is a great quality for the money and fits my needs just right (and I am pretty picky about these things). I used the additional hole for a hot water dispenser, which is a nice touch, not having to put another hole in the counter.
