First one ordered had a crack on the corner at a weld Joint and was returned- Amazon sent another, this one has a dent in the side panel of the sink. it’s disappointing but I can’t see trying again. I will try to hammer it out but can’t heat the metal since it has sound damping material sprayed on exterior Couple other things, there is no template for cut out and the sink has no way to attach to counter other than weight of sink and the caulk to seating the sink. Updated: Roughly 1.5 years in and I'm having to replace the whole thing. Sink has corroded and rusted through. Now have water in the cabinet underneath. Also half of the sound dampening piece under it broke off and now the rest is starting to as well. Initial quality seemed good, now I see the serious faults. The sink bowl/basin is high quality, heavy steel ad described. The plumbing connections that come with it are not so great. Very cheap plastic and they are 2 inch connections, not 1.5 inch like standard. Ended up keeping/using the drain. All other pieces I swapped with "proper" 1.5 connections and fittings with a 2 in. to 1.5 inch adapter from the drain ... show more

After seeing some mixed reviews I was nervous, however the quality was better than expected. The price point was affordable and I feel fair for what I received. It definitely gave a nice facelift to our aging kitchen. Installation was easy, there are no clips, just used silicone glue and sealed the edges.
