Left a (not hot) cookie sheet in the sink overnight and it left a long mark in the sink which didn't come off easily with soap and water but did come off when used rubbing alcohol. Was having some issues with sink that were resolved by speaking with Ruvati Representative. They seem very responsive and stand behind their products. They are knowledgeable and generous. I love the way this sink looks, very sleek and elegant. Update after 1 year: In spite of the company giving me the sink for free for changing my less than stellar review, I just can't continue the lie. EVERYTHING stains this sink. It always looks grungy unless you daily scrub w comet or let bleach stand in the sink for awhile. The sink is only made as an undermount. The edges are even a bit more pourous than the sink itself and stain easily. It is a beautiful sink when clean, but if I had known it was undermount only, I would have purchased something else or at least another, darker color. ... show more

So I’m going to be honest. If we did not have our countertops being delivered and needed a sink in (we don’t have time to order a new sink and return this one) then we would be returning. The sink looks nice but every time you wash a dish it leaves marks on the bottom. If you scrub it most eventually come out, but not all. And really with a brand new sink who wants to scrub it every time?! Not me. The food does get washed out easy from the corners. Really everything seems good so far except the marks from doing every dish. Added: even better when your kids dumps his juice in it overnight and it stains the strainer! ... show more
