This is the second batch of this paint I have ordered and it's a great product. My first order was called 'sand' I think, and I used it on my bathroom floor. After the first coat of color went down I spatter painted white and it looks wonderful. Then I put down the clear coat for a satin, non slippery finish. They second time I used this product, I ordered white and (don't laugh), painted my old, stained bathtub. It's like a bathroom make-over for $150. I also used the white to paint over the dated wall tiles. I'm very impressed with the quality and versatility of this paint. Highly recommended!! P.S. it's also fun and easy to use! ... show more

I started with pearl gray and ended up doing greige instead so I posted pictures of both. When we bought our house I knew the reddish brown tile in the downstairs bathroom would have to be painted. I wasn't sure how to go about this as I did not realize there was actually floor paint! Finding this item was a huge relief. I originally used pearl gray. The transformation was incredible but unfortunately I didn't like it. The color was really nice but the teal in the walls made it sometimes look like a powdery baby blue that I didn't like. I let it sit for the week to completely cure and then covered it with greige. The greige is exactly what I was wanting!! I love the results! This process was incredibly easy. I cleaned the floor with Krud Kutter and taped off all edges and the toilet. This was the most time consuming part of all of this. I used a folded up towel to kneel on while I painted. This kept me close to the ground so I could see any hair or debris (I have 3 cats!) that needed swept away so it didn't get in the wet paint. I used a small roller (for the edges too) and it worked perfectly. I used 2 coats for the color. One is probably doable but I didn't want to put it on too thick and mess up the drying process. The top coat is very watery which is nice because it covers and levels well and provides a really nice finish. This was a fun project and definitely possible to do on a weekend. This is a fantastic product. We used it to cover some ugly green tile in our shower. It has held up amazing!! There is no chipping or peeling. The water beads right off. My only complaint is that you can see brush marks in the paint. I think this was user error. It would likely have looked much better if I didn't work so fast and used a roller. 100% recommend! ... show more

Overall this is a great product and super easy to use. Results in really good coverage and a nice finish (for the matte option). My only only issue with this paint is the color...it's SO hard to tell what you're going to get and what it will look like once applied. The left picture is aged grey (my first attempt) but looked too blue /lavender and completely clashed with my dark wood flooring. The middle color is charcoal grey, which is a beautiful color but it too had a blue hue and conflicted with the grey counter top (making the counter appear purplish). The right hand picture is the black which I'm ultimately happy with, just wish I didn't have several other layers of paint underneath it. In certain lighting the black does appear more as a dark navy than a true jet black. Oddly it seems all these paints have blue hints to them. Something to note too is that I ordered 2 charcoal greys and they differed in color...one was darker and one was quite a bit lighter. But having done this THREE separate times now (luckily our half bath is very small), the product applies wonderfully, instructions are easy to follow, AND it's easy to paint over 😊. ... show more

I chose the pearl gray matte and had enough to paint two bathrooms (one decent size, and the other smaller size). Superior coverage. I did have to touch up after the first coat near the walls/toilets (where I used a paintbrush). The product goes on smoothly and easily and no harsh fumes. I did buy the Krutter Cleaner and that just took the dirt right off the tile, that stuff is incredible! I applied two top coats to both bathrooms and still have about half the can left. Since I used a stencil pattern and had to touch up, I did use more of the base coat and have very little of the base coat left. The finished product is clean and feels like it is durable and will hold up. Time will tell, but I really love the paint color plain and with a stencil. ... show more

I used this product in my bathroom about 2 months ago. Not only was it a pain because although everything was clean and brand new, fuzz just kept appearing from nowhere, so now it’s trapped in my floor forever. Not too noticeable, however, my dog peed on the floor today. It’s now stained a permanent YELLOW. Gross, right? I used a spray cleaner to no avail. Then I picked up a scrub daddy sponge with dawn dish soap and scrubbed it as hard as I could. Still yellow. I suppose this wouldn’t matter on a black floor, but take it from me… do not use this product to paint your floor white. Terrible idea and a total waste of time. Update: I gave my dog a bath today and used an ear cleaner on some cotton balls to clean her ears. The cleaner is CLEAR. Set the cotton balls down on the floor next to me while I finished her bath. After the bath, I went back in to clean up, and the floor was stained the ugliest RUST color underneath the cotton balls. This stuff is the worst. It’s like mod podging your entire floor but worse because it reacts with everything. ... show more

My suggestion it to buy it from the hardware store - so they can mix it and shake the paint right there This paint had all of its solids at the bottom, even after shaking But over all a great product
