To the extent permitted by law, RUPES sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by RUPES to be defective. Power tools that have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading and use not specified in the user’s manual), neglect, faulty maintenance, alteration, damage caused by improper use of chemicals, repairs by unauthorized parties, or damage caused by normal “wear & tear”, are not covered. To invoke coverage under this warranty, purchaser must return the power tool, including the original proof of purchase (sales receipt), to the RUPES USA Factory Service Center. Use with UNO PROTECT or UNO ADVANCED for final polish and protection. The D-A FINE foam pad is the most versatile delivering excellent defect removal and high-gloss finishing on most paint systems. Pair with RUPES D-A FINE polishing compound for moderate to fine defect removal, paint refinement, or final finishing after heavy compounding steps. The D-A ULTRAFINE foam pad is designed for ultra-high gloss finishing and polishing haze on very soft paint surfaces. It can also be used for the application of sealants or waxes. Pair it with UNO PURE polish to remove extremely fine defects or to bring out a show car level finish.
