I absolutely love this rug! It's exactly what I was hoping for, and the color is perfect. It arrived in excellent condition and had no odor. I rolled it out right away, and it was ready to go. The color is really lovely, and I especially appreciate how it appears to have depth due to the subtle shading; it's incredibly soft. I placed a thick wool rug pad underneath because I had read reviews recommending the use of a thick pad on hardwood floors. Honestly, the rug didn't really require a thick pad. If you want to prevent it from moving around, a thin rubber pad would work just fine, as it's that soft. I have also read that other buyers experienced shedding; however, that has not been my experience at all. I noticed a little shedding on day one, but nothing significant. The color (fawn) is soft and beautiful, just as the images depict. The only issue I encountered was that the rug wasn't exactly 8x10; it was more like 7.6" x 9.6". If I had paid the original asking price, I'd have been a bit disappointed. However, this rug is definitely worthy of a higher price tag. I absolutely adore this rug! I had some concerns about shedding, but it turned out to be quite minimal. There’s no unpleasant odor, and the color is simply stunning.

The rug looks beautiful, the color is as pictured and it seems to be great quality. However, it requires a non-slip pad (an additional $100 at least) because it slides and bunches up simply by walking on it. The worst part is the shedding. It sheds horribly and I am returning it.

I was weary to order this rug based on the reviews but so far I am pleasantly surprised. I’ve had the rug for a week with minimal shedding. The color is beautiful. I love it! My only complaint is it definitely needs a rug pad as it slides around.

The color is exactly as pictured, kind of a rich plum brown with a velvety sheen. I love the way it looks and it is thick and soft, perfect for a bedroom rug. It is a bit floppy and moves around underfoot, which might be totally annoying if it was used as a runner, but I think some rug grippers will be enough to keep it still in my low-traffic space. ... show more
