10/10!!!! Almost bought this rug a million times from rugs USA, but could not justify the $600+ price tag for a 9x12. Stumbled across the exact same one for less than $300 here on Amazon and I took a chance on it, despite some negative reviews and it is absolute PERFECTION. No harsh chemical smells most rugs come with, THICK, quality made, and so, so beautiful!! It’s not rough, but not the coziest carpet either, but my children and I have had no issues sitting or playing on it. There is a scant amount of shed, but nothing too noticeable or awful yet. We were initially very excited about this rug because it looked beautiful in our living room and felt thick and well made. Unfortunately, it sheds excessively and creates a noticeable amount of dust throughout the house. We assumed it would improve over time, but even after a year the shedding never stopped. We tried different vacuums and used it both with and without a rug pad, but nothing helped. Very disappointing for the price, and I would not recommend it unless you’re prepared to vacuum constantly. ... show more

I love it! It’s perfect for my apartment! So comfortable and it instantly elevates my living room. I vacuum it regularly and it still looks brand new. One thing I noticed from other reviews was shedding, but mine doesn’t shed at all. I don’t have pets, so that might be a factor. Since it’s wool, I was expecting some shedding at the beginning like people mentioned, but that never happened to me. It’s always looked intact and beautiful. I LOVE the look of this rug! I initially bought it for my first grade classroom. The pictures made it look like it would be a softer texture, but it is wool and was “too itchy” for the kids. But they are whiny 🫡 and they would pick at the rug and we had orange wool tumble weeds rolling around the classroom all day. Sooo I took it home. I have two big dogs and they do not complain of it being itchy and they do not create tumble weeds. Really nice rug for the price. Seems way more expensive in real life. Got the green blue color way and it looks just like the pictures. Very pretty subdued color. Has a pretty organic feel. Only con is that it does shed and when you vacuum it will suck up a lot of fibers. It doesn’t seem to be damaging the rug thus far but only time will tell. Also, if you have cats they may out pulls in it cause my cats certainly are. But I just snip them away with scissors and they disappear. It’s very thick which makes a room that feels otherwise cold or empty much more cozy. Although it’s thick it is a bit scratchy on bare skin. Looks really great, color as expected. Thick material, so it looks like good quality. The only thing is that it sheds terribly. I have to vacuum daily to keep the tufts of rug at bay. Just a heads up, if you plan to put it in a high-traffic area.

I love this rug so much. It is a nice thickness, it isn’t itchy, it feels nice underfoot. The pattern is subtle, but still cool. Looks like it would be in a lofi YouTube video. Obsessed, would buy it again if I had a reason to.
