10/10!!!! Almost bought this rug a million times from rugs USA, but could not justify the $600+ price tag for a 9x12. Stumbled across the exact same one for less than $300 here on Amazon and I took a chance on it, despite some negative reviews and it is absolute PERFECTION. No harsh chemical smells most rugs come with, THICK, quality made, and so, so beautiful!! It’s not rough, but not the coziest carpet either, but my children and I have had no issues sitting or playing on it. There is a scant amount of shed, but nothing too noticeable or awful yet. I wish I could give this rug 100 stars!! It literally looks like the high end rugs I can’t afford! It’s so beautiful and affordable! It will literally go with just about any color. It came quick, no smells and it’s quite soft for a wool rug. I know some reviews talk about shedding and that’s it’s not soft, but I haven’t experienced any of that. Note… I ordered the 8x10 but it’s actually 7’6”x 9’6”. That matters if you live in a small space like me. If you look at the description at the top of the page when you click on the 8x10 size when ordering, it tells you that. Not sure why they don’t have it listed correctly in the size choices. They have many colors to choose from, so just buy it!! You won’t be disappointed! ... show more

Rug looks really nice but this thing really sheds. I did expect the shedding since it is a wool rug but I didn’t expect it to continue after almost 3 weeks of having it. I have filled two vacuum bags and it is still shedding. I have bought wool rugs before and usually the shedding would have decreased by now! I vacuum 2-3 times a day. I’m not sure what else to do besides return it! ... show more

I like this rug a lot. Not more than 24hrs after putting it down my youngest son peed on it. It was a lot so I decided to pressure wash it. Big mistake. I must have separated the backing from the rug and broke down the glue. Now this rug won't stop releasing powder. Aside from the mistake I made this rug does shed a ton and lots of loops have come loose and need to be trimmed. I would buy again despite the above issues ... show more

Thick, nice rug! You can’t find anything like this for the price. Only downfall was it smelt horrible. But very cute, durable, nice size rug. Also- actual rug material, lately Rugs are that extra soft with the imagine printed on it but this is an actual rug which I feel is hard to find these days.

Great rug! I was confused by the listing selecting that it's 10x14 but the title said 9'6" x 13' 6": the label read 9' 6" x 13' 6" so that's what I'm guessing the size more likely is (not 10 x 14). Label states the contents is 80% wool and 20% cotton. Which I was happy with, was just trying to stay away from polyester. And this fit the bill! No smell and rolled out flat easily! My only complaint is that this was almost "dusty" when I rolled it out? See the third picture. I vacuumed the top when I got it and then flipped it over and vacuumed the back side to clean it up a bit and no issues after that! It's quite thick and doesn't need a pad in my honest opinion. Great value at this price! just under $300 for a 9.5' x 13.5'? I'LL TAKE IT! ... show more

Rug was good quality but was too small for my room and I needed a bigger size. Buyer beware that if you have to ship it back Rugs, USA charges a pricey return fee. I won’t be purchasing from Rugs, USA again because of this reason bc they’re other rug companies that do not charge you to return the rug and exchange it for a bigger size. ... show more
