The rug came vacuumed sealed so it was easy to take to the bedroom. It is exactly as described in terms of looks. One thing the description doesn't do a good job at is saying how incredibly soft this rug is, it's so soft!

This rug is super soft. Not extremely thick, but nice still. Be careful because it can be slippery if you’re barefoot or in house slippers. There was no foul smell when opened. It fluffed up in a few seconds. There’s no padding on the back, just some texture to grip the floor/carpet. Personally, I plan to add a pad.
