I was a little nervous ordering this rug as it was not sold/shipped by Amazon. When I got it, the outside of the package seemed a little wet and there was a smell. I cut the plastic wrapping slightly and touched the inside and the small part of carpet inside was very wet and smelled. I was not very happy and contacted the company. Despite me being frustrated and cranky, the customer service person was very patient. He followed up twice that same day with how the company would make it right. And much to my surprise, they did, and In record time! I had a new, undamaged rug delivered to me in three days time. It is a lovely carpet. So reasonably priced. The replacement has absolutely no smell at all and it is almost flat and it has only been unrolled for an hour. I am very happy with this rug which goes perfectly with my brown/gray laminate, wood-look flooring. It has ivory, gray and brown coloring. LOVE it! ... show more

We ordered the 9x12 and it’s perfect. It could definitely use a carpet pad, as it isn’t very thick. With the price point, I didn’t expect super thick though. It comes folded up in a weird way, so it’ll have some folds that will need ironed on. Overall, it’s exactly what we wanted.

Flimsy, doesn't lay down flat even when coaxed with rug gripper. slips all over hard flooring. Basically useless for its purpose. The material is too thin and stiff, I guess, because the wrinkles do not go away and it stays rippled, not enough weight to it to weigh it down flat over time.

Loooove the way this rug pulls our space together! I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect rug for YEARS and I’ve finally found one that’s perfect! I am using this for my studio room to define the little space where students can stand with their violin. It helps break the fall if a young student drops their violin too. It lays flat and robot vacuums can easily vacuum it without getting stuck. That's a big bonus in my opinion!
