Absolutely love this rug...gives the perfect accent to my living room! No smell, slip resistance, handles very well with a large dog running on it along with a baby . Easy to clean, just folded it and placed it in the washing machine to wash, also easy to spot clean! Very comfortable to walk on! With this rug being in a high traffic area in my home it holds up very well, it gets ran on, stuffed dropped on, walked on, vacuumed daily and has not torn, ripped or lost it shape at all!! Purchased this rug to put under our Christmas tree since we no longer have carpeting in our living room. The folds came out very quickly. The texture is soft but it is so thin that I have a difficult time trying to vacuum because it just bunches up. I would not be happy about trying to keep it clean if it was being used all the time. But for one month a year I can deal with it
