I was worried about them causing bulk and not really saving much space but I ordered them anyway. I’m really glad I did! I used them for my tops and sweatshirts and was able to double my closet space! The only drawback is that I use plastic hangers and the hook portion of the saver tends to get caught on the hanger directly in front of it if pushed close together on the rod. Love Love Love these space savers. Yes they are expensive but they are high quality & durable! I figured the investment for one time purchase to last many years was well worth it. These accommodate assorted thickness of hangers. I have used to cascade: blouses, workout sets, swim suit cover ups, and summer dresses so far. I use a thicker plastic or wooden hanger for the top and assorted hanger types below. I have purchased multiple boxes of these space savers and will be gifting in new home owners gift basket anf college send off baskets. Highly recommend. They are black in color. When you take a shirt off the lower hooks they become hooked together and catch on whatever is next to it. You have to take off tge entire hanger when you take it off
