I was going to order #11 at first but I looked at a few videos online and they said to go 2 shades darker if you're using it for your lace wigs . I have a warm undertone on my skin but I hate that orangey look. A few girls complained about that with #11 and #12. So I jumped to #14 and believe it or not it's perfect! My wig parts look like scalp. The coverage is immaculate! And no orangey after effect. This really is some good foundation. I wish it came with a brush but you get a good amount for the price. My advice is to take your time and see what matches your skin tone by looking at some videos and the color chart Kiss shows on the pictures.
