As you can see, the handle on the left is chipped, unlike the handles on all of the other bins in the order (order contained 6 bins). The packaging was not damaged and the delivery was good. It appears that the bin didn’t pass any quality control before it was sent out to the consumer.

these containers are replacements for containers I've had in storage for years that cracked. it was a no questions asked warranty. I submitted pictures of the containers, pictures of the warranty decal, which I taped on the inside of the container when I bought it. it was a no hassle $75 credit with Amazon.
