This is the single worst purchase experience I have ever had with Amazon. First, the description of these mats and the photograph depicting them is a flat out lie. They are not smooth at all. One side has a diamond ridge pattern and the other has ridges. I was looking for mats for the gym I want to forge in my new garage. I read the description and saw the picture, they looked perfect. I ordered 24 mats (4 “packs” of 6). BIG MISTAKE. The matts came a few days later a guy in his pick pulled up and unloaded them in front of my garage. I came home excited to look, and ready to haul them in to my garage. But when I looked at them I discovered they were not smooth at all. I contemplated just keeping them as I really wanted to move on with the home gym, but after a few days decided against it as I had paid $2,500, I felt I deserved to get what I wanted and felt I had bought. So I initiated the return process, that were the second nightmare started (a nightmare that still continues as I write this review). Return process include printing out a label, initiating a pickup through the United States postal service (usps) who had not delivered them. I followed the steps to initiate a pickup with usps. I told them they mats are nearly 100 pound per mate and there were 24 of them. They said yeah we have the mail guy get them. We’ll mail guy comes see the items- “I can’t pick that up, we didn’t even deliver that, that won’t even fit in my truck.” I go back to sell them usps can’t pick, they send canned message, you have to use usps, schedule a pickup. I do it again new same thing happens. I go back to seller same canned message. I am desperate at this point bc there is a day by which these need to be in mail in order to get refund and it’s approaching fast. So get on the phone with usps, talk to customer service say hey I need some help here need a pick up but these mats are heavy duty 2400 pounds work of mats. I get some one who says look I will write to have them send a 2 ton vehicle to the them. I say great thanks. They send my person in a two ton, I rolled up my sleeves help her get these thing in the truck hand her the label with 3 days to spare in my time frame. I think I am done, saga over. NOPE! There’s no updating on the tracking so I call usps to see what’s going on I need these to be in mail system in the next day or two. USPS says sorry we can’t deliver these you only have one label for all 24 of these we need a label for each one so 24 labels. (Why did you take it them???) I got on phone with Amazon. They tell me it’s a 3rd party seller so they have to initiate labels, we will write to them and tell them to send you the 24 labels. Seller writes back with canned message that it Amazon’s return process so Amazon has to iniate the labels they can’t. Call Amazon back get a manager, they say no they can’t do it, seller has to. They wrote to seller again seller sends same canned message. I have gone in the same circle for 5 days in a row now. Amazon keeps telling me that seer has to go label, seller keeps responding to Amazon and me that Amazon has to do it. No one is offering any other solutions and despite my calling Amazon keeps telling me the only thing they can do is message seller. Seller keeps sending back same message. You mean to tell me I have to keep going in this same loop and I am stuck with mats that I didn’t order?!?!?! It ridiculous. Oh and I have file an A to z claim multiple times which has been nearly instantly denied without any investigation. These sellers are scam artist they sell you something that you didn’t buy and make it impossible for you to return it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OTHERS FROM THESE SELLERS. If anyone has had any experience with a situation like this and was successful in get it resolved would really appreciate your insight. ... show more
