It made from high quality materials that can withstand daily use. Runs a little small for my size 150lbs, 5"7. This one has a ergonomic design that promotes the natural curve of my spine. Most back supports belts does not have a double support, this one does for my delight. I've been hunting for this double support belt. I just recently tried a similar one and the sizing was very off, even though I sized up that one, it was very uncomfortable. I know it has to be tight, but not to the point where your breathing is compromised. So I decided I will size up 2x this one, and I strongly recommend you do the same if you got a bit belly, or moving a lot. By the size guide, the 2xl is very big for me. But when I wear it, I move. The double support makes sure that it is nice and tight, but gives me room to move/exercise/work in the garden with ease. It provides great support, the material is light and breathable.

I got this for my husband who has some back issues and recently wore out the Velcro on another back brace. All other back braces I have ordered in the past have been size L and were a perfect fit. I received this and it is way too small. My husband couldn’t even get the ends to touch let alone overlap to fasten. Luckily I have some Velcro and can sew a strip on to make it work. So be sure to check sizes and maybe go up one (or 2)? I do appreciate the additional support ribs that are included though. I wish I could give 3.5 stars.

This belt does its job. It provides support on my lower back. I feel my lower back pressure has been relieved. I particularly like the metal strips inserted in the belt, which you don’t see often in other belts in the market. There are also some extra strips provided in the package. The belt has a mesh net in it and the material used for the belt is breathable, so I do not feel too hot while wearing this belt. I ordered the size L, which is supposed to fit the waist size up to 37.4 inches, but I feel it is a bit smaller.

I previously tried a similarly designed product and the sizing ended up being way off for me (Usually women's M or L, got L). With these grey/strappy back braces, if you buy your size you are not gonna have a good time. A friend gifted me an M after complaining my Mueller is too loose. M is TIGHT and I literally could not move; my O2 saturation would be 95 % when wearing it and sitting at a desk, I could barely bend down or do anything but sit. I then ordered an L and it was somewhat better. I got my breathing back to 95%+ but the movement is too restrictive for it to be functional. However, this time I decided to size up TWICE and breathing is normal. I am able to work a full 12-hour shift without being out of breath. Mystery solved and MUCH BETTER RESULT. I highly recommend sizing up twice for those who have a bit of belly and/or plan on using this for a lot of physical activity. I get that these are supposed to be tight but not to the point where you're affecting your oxygen intake.

If you're suffering from back pain, this brace is an excellent design that began to help as soon as I put it on. Especially if your problem area is the lower back, most belts will hitch up or not support the right spot. This one is shaped to cover the exact waist area and will give support. It instantly relieved the pain and works far better than other belts and supports I've tried. The extra ribs included was a nice touch, in case any break or bend. It is quite a tight fit, but to give good support, smaller is better than larger in my opinion and it was the exact size to squeeze in. But when ordering, keep that in mind and maybe order a slightly bigger size than the accurate measure if you want it to not be too tight. The brace is a bit uncomfortable after long wear, both from the tightness and the material of the belt that becomes scratchy after awhile. But discomfort is much less serious than back pain, and this helps immensely with that.
