The was the worst cooler I’ve ever had. I used it once and within 15 minutes of an ice pack inside started to leak right through to the ground. It left a huge puddle under it. Such a waste of money

The first time I used the bag both zipper clips completely broke off. Artic is normally very durable and I love other products but this one was very disappointing.

Used for the 1st time and it leaked. Contacted customer service and was told: "Unfortunately, these items are not leak proof. Leaking is not considered a defect. A warranty claim can not be approved at this time.". Only buy if you want a cooler that leaks.
