This ice chest exceeded my expectations in every way. I used it for a 3-day camping trip, and it kept all my food and drinks cold the entire time—even in 90°F heat. The insulation is seriously impressive. The build quality is rock solid. It’s made of heavy-duty plastic with sturdy latches and a tight seal that locks in the cold. It feels like it can take a beating without any issues—perfect for outdoor adventures, fishing trips, or tailgating. I also appreciated the thoughtful design. The drain plug made cleanup super easy, and the molded handles were comfortable and didn’t dig into my hands when lifting. It’s not too bulky, and it fits easily in the back of my car without taking up too much space. The only downside is that it’s a bit heavy, especially when fully loaded—but that’s to be expected with quality insulation and rugged materials.

The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with this cooler. The ice retention has been excellent—even after a couple of days in the Texas heat, it still had plenty of ice left. Honestly, that’s all I really need in a heavy-duty cooler. It’s built tough and feels just as solid as the more expensive brands. I looked at Yetis but the price on this RTIC was way better for practically the same performance. I couldn’t justify spending twice as much for a name. Overall, I’m very pleased. Great value, great performance. If you’re on the fence about it—just get one. It does exactly what you need it to do, for a much better price.

This cooler is big and holds ice very well. We took it on a fishing trip and had fish in it for 4 days. It’s sturdier and better designed than any cooler we’ve owned before. There was a problem with shipping but the seller worked with us to resolve it and got us our cooler in time for our fishing trip. Recommend to buy this cooler and from this seller.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the best cooler we've ever had. The wheels are heavy duty, you can get ice packs to divide the space and a basket. It's got a bottle opener and the latches stay tight. I know people say you're supposed to pre chill the cooler, we haven't and is been good for a weekend camping. Now, we did pre chill once for a longer trip and I can see why it's recommended. Ice was still there days later.

Took this cooler to the beach for the week. Rolled decent in the sand, and held ice all day in the hot sun! Love the netting on the lid to keep things cool but not wet like cheese and meat sticks! Drians well but remember to pop the top or suction forms inside. Lots of room inside the cooler. Fit drinks and lunch and snacks for 6 people with room to spare.

I do not recommend this product at all. Will not hold ice even for 12 hours. Customer service was horrible when I tried to return. Wanted $90 for return shipping which is absurd for the size and weight of this item. For the cost of this cooler the quality is horrible. Extremely disappointed in the cooler and the brand and the customer service.
