Bought as a gift. Then I bought myself one. Its great for a day trip, the slim design is great it fits nicely behind the front seat. I like the pouch on top of the inside of the cooler too. The seal of the top is strong and it keeps cold items cold. It feels like a quality cooler.

Lightweight and durable. The strap is more that than a handle on the 16 oz, solid handle on the 8 oz. I haven’t used it enough to say how long the ice lasted but I do love that when filled it’s still manageable to lift and carry. These coolers are on the smaller side in my eyes but hold plenty and the colors are anything but boring as with typical cooler colors. I have the lilac in the 16 oz and sage in the 8oz. Very pretty and user friendly with easy to open and close lids. This company makes coolers with wheels as well but not until you get to the 22 oz sizes and up. ... show more

So far so good, been using the 16qt for about 2 weeks, latch seems cheap but so far no issues, insulation seems good keeps my drinks cold all day and cools off room temp drinks I add when needed during the day. Sits perfectly behind the center console in the work truck and kept drinks and the ice packs I use cold from 6am on a Fri until 6pm or so on Saturday and seems like it would've lasted longer if needed. Has weird dimensions so if putting Gatorade or other bottles sideways they lay weird can only put 3 for each layer with the ice packs i use but can get 3 layers and 2 more on top so about 10 bottles if laying on side is all you can fit maybe more if using ice but idk. Outside scuffs easy, I scuffed mine like the 2nd day, without even banging it hard on anything, but I use it for work so no biggie but could be an issue for others. All in all seems to keep drinks and stuff cold for at least a day and a half + so does what I need it to so far. ... show more

The Dark and Cool Grey combination looks great. Definitely like the secure, easy-to-carry strap handle. This 16 quart Trip Cooler is perfect for those long excursions where easy access to drinks is needed. The pop-up lid makes retrieving drinks much easier and safer. Great job, RTIC!!
