the scrubber work well, instructions could use some work, water control valve hard to find as instructions are bad, but once you know were it is no problem, battery does last a long time, it does het in the hard to reach area's good, a more adjustable height handle could make it more useful, for getting under large conference tables. the water filters are useless and need to be removed to get enough water to the brush's, the gravity water feed is compromised by these filters, once the filters removed water flow is better and will scrub up good, a good value for the money ... show more

This thing lays down water, scrubs great and does a decent job picking up the dirty water. My only complaints are; the key switch keeps falling out, so I siliconed it in place, and it doesn't clean very close to walls etc. Overall, this seems like a good piece of equipment.

I paid $200 to ship this machine on time, item arrived 10 days later. when the equipment arrived it has not performed at all, it was faulty with a battery not charging. . This machine was really doing the job when after a month it suddenly quit working properly. We contacted customer support and literally got a response on line in 15 minutes. After sending videos to assess the problem a new part was shipped. We received the part in 48 hours. The floor scrubber is up and running and doing a great job cleaning.
