I purchased this machine with the expectation of receiving reliable, professional-grade equipment consistent with its high price point. Unfortunately, the unit arrived with a critical defect: the lower valve leaks continuously, and as soon as the machine is powered on, water discharges from the valve instead of operating normally. This makes the extractor unusable for professional work. A failure in such a fundamental component indicates serious quality control concerns. For equipment marketed as commercial and professional, operational reliability should be guaranteed from day one. The defect causes loss of time, operational disruption, and potential risk of water damage on job sites. Given the significant investment required for this machine, this level of performance is unacceptable. I expected durability, proper testing, and professional standards, but instead received a unit that fails at basic functionality. I am requesting immediate attention and a proper resolution under warranty.

Worked good used it a couple dozen times n the heaters are already not working gonna be contacting them asap after contacting the company they quickly resolved any issues with the machine n made a happy customer

The media could not be loaded. I feel that I made a good purchase although it should be noted that it would have been much better if the suction nozzle could be replaced by a smaller one making it much more practical for narrower areas but I recommend it. I didn't think to make any reference here

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?: In my honest opinion, I am very impressed with this little beast of a machine! The suction power is exceptional, the spray from nozzle is a little weak to me but it does spray efficiently which is a major plus. The overall spec is much compact then I expected but it fits so perfectly in my small Detail shop that I fell in love with it, GF and mom say's "It's cute" lol. The overall functioning of this carpet extractor is definitely worth investing in based off of my first use with the machine today. Great value. (Important Note) Make sure you purge The heating element from air before using by turning on the pump switch, then squeeze trigger until air/water is released (Until clean water tank is empty) then turn heat on.

Unfortunately, this machine broke down right after the 30-day return period. It also started leaking water from the bottom during use, which made it difficult to operate and caused a mess. I had high hopes since it’s advertised as a commercial extractor, but the durability and quality were disappointing. I would recommend improving the sealing and reliability of the unit.
