The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?: In my honest opinion, I am very impressed with this little beast of a machine! The suction power is exceptional, the spray from nozzle is a little weak to me but it does spray efficiently which is a major plus. The overall spec is much compact then I expected but it fits so perfectly in my small Detail shop that I fell in love with it, GF and mom say's "It's cute" lol. The overall functioning of this carpet extractor is definitely worth investing in based off of my first use with the machine today. Great value. (Important Note) Make sure you purge The heating element from air before using by turning on the pump switch, then squeeze trigger until air/water is released (Until clean water tank is empty) then turn heat on. ... show more

    • CAUTION...
Not sure if this is a hit or miss situation. Upon assembly and initial start up we noticed no air pressure coming out of the tip....took the unit apart level by level and found a plastic somewhat molded plug i believe was accidently left in the portion of the hose next to the pump going up to the water box where the first screen is. We knocked it out and now it worked flawlessly... I just hope we did not accidently shorten the life of the air pump.... ... show more

It broke the first time i used it! Started to leak at the bottom of the tank and then the pump went out so now i have a very expensive carpet cleaner that i cant use and i dont now how to return it to get it replaced because it didnt come with a invoice so i can get it replace!!!!! Water heats up great. However the suction barley suck the water back out. Needs more suction to clean properly. Not worth the price for sure.
