Despite some bizarre shipping unit works well. I did however. Have to pop the top off to plug in the heater switch as it wasn't fully plugged in, luckily the machines aren't hard to work on and nothing was faulty. Works great. Heads up though, shipping was bizarre. The unit went from KS to Florida back to KS before it came to mo. However. It works, it made it here and I'm happy with the performance.     • Great vacuum, works great
I run a car detailing business and this vacuum has become very valuable asset. Great water pressure, along with great suction. I've Used this vacuum about 20 times since I bought it a few months back and it never let me down. Only true complaint about the vacuum is I wish there were a cover over the cleaning solution port to block out debris from falling in there but other than that I highly recommend and would definitely buy again. I bought the Mytee-S-300H new. Once I received and open the the package to try everything out, I discovered that the pump and heat works fine but not the vacuum… I had some jobs in place and due to the machine not working it has put me behind.. I highly unsatisfied for the amount of money I spent for a product that should be new ... show more

I love it. I don’t try to run a detailing business with it. I have kids and use it to clean up after them. I use it to keep up with a couple cars, sofas, rugs, drapes, and as a supplement to my ElCheapo upright carpet cleaner. I use the upright for 80% of the cleaning in large areas then go over bad spots again with the Mytee. I’ve had no issues with it. ... show more

I recently purchased the s-300h Upholstery Extractor, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I unboxed it, the machine was impressively user-friendly. The setup process was straightforward, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which is a huge plus for anyone who isn't too tech-savvy. The performance of the machine was nothing short of remarkable. I used it on my old sofa, which had accumulated years of dirt and stains. To my amazement, the extractor worked efficiently, leaving my sofa looking as good as new. The suction power was strong, removing deep-seated dirt with ease, while the cleaning solution used was effective yet gentle on the fabric. It's also worth mentioning the noise level, which was surprisingly low compared to other machines I've used in the past. However, there's room for improvement in terms of storage solutions. The hose and other accessories, while functional, can be cumbersome to store neatly. The addition of a storage bag or even some simple straps to secure the hose when not in use would greatly enhance the overall user experience.     • Needs Improved quality suction head
Clear plastic part of suction head is made from light plastic and cracked within minutes of using. I like the machine but they need to sell this unit with metal or improved head. Cleans well. Shame to return it but unable to get replacement part
