This machine is terrible the suction is horrible I started using this machine July 2021 of this year. I was a head custodian of a school here in Waycross Georgia I have never seen a machine work this bad. It leaves excess water in carpet floors. Please I just want to exchange this Machine.

    • Don’t wait…this is a great buy
This is pretty amazing. Cleans really well. I’ve had a big green machine for years and this is 1000% better. It’s not as easy to use, the cleaning arm is heavy, but it’s worth the effort. Buy a separate upholstery arm…you’re going to want to clean everything when you see how well it works.
