This mattress came early so we took it out of the box and left it in another room for two days to warm up. The little cutter worked great to the plastic off. Mattress came up to full height which surprised us, I think it was because it warmed up for two days. This is a great mattress for the price,pillow top is nice and thick color is nice and all in all it’s a well made mattress. Took my hubby a couple of hours to get use to it after sleeping on a memory foam one…hated it..must have been real comfortable for him because he slept until 8:00 am when he usually gets up at 5:00am. Absolutely would buy this mattress again.

this “king” mattress is “firm”. I was concerned that it may be to firm, but it seems to have a reasonable amount of ‘give’ and cushion for comfort, while still giving support. We require support for back/ neck/ hip and knee issues. This 14” mattress inflated to 13” upon install. Use care when trimming away the plastic. When you breach the vaccum, the mattress will expand with some force and possibly knock you over if you are in the way. It arrives vacummed sealed in half. We were unsure of position, so when we trimmed away the plastic; we had the mattress facing the wrong way as it expanded with some force. For additional mattress support, we put a sheet of plywood under the mattress, of the king frame that we purchased from amazon. -worth the investment. -comfortable while firm -budget friendly -convenient

This mattress is excellent. Came quickly but not at the time it said .tracking was very hard it came fed ex said it was coming one day then another making it difficult to go anywhere. So far it only took a couple days to totally gain its fullness. I would recommend it and we put it on top of king size box springs. The price was great too.

I bought the queen luxe/firm. I can’t believe this came squished up in a box. Once opened, I did as the directions said. Let it expand for 72 hours. This is so comfortable. Firm buts supports. No more stiff back. I also had both hips replaced. I can sleep on my side. Mattress is as described. Love the handles on the side. Would recommend. Of course this went on sale after I purchased it. Still worth every penny.

I bought 3 full size Lux 14 inch so consider this a 3 reviews because 3 people used the mattress and we all are extremely happy. I was hesitant because it didn’t have many reviews when I bought it but thanks to the folks who posted pictures I had a feeling if their pictures match the advertised then maybe it’s good. The actual mattress does match all the advertised pictures and it is extremely well made, very good looking, very comfortable and like someone wrote I slept on the top and did not sink. This mattress will fix not only any back pain you had from sleeping on bad mattresses but also neck and shoulder pain WOW! All my aches are gone. When I saw made in Laos on the box I already had a good feeling because Laos and Vietnam ( 2 different countries I know but neighboring) always make good quality products. I have experienced in the past this fact from clothing to home goods. In fact this mattress is such good quality it feels and looks like you paid thousands for it. To the merchant please keep this as is, keep the quality you have because it’s excellent and thank you for making this mattress. Guys don’t hesitate to buy it even my elderly mother slept on it so good she woke up happy and kept thanking me. 3 people in my household including myself and we love the mattress. No regrets except I should have bought it earlier. Love love this amazing mattress. For ladies it’s a bit heavy so be two or ask for help from friends. Shipping was super fast. We left it only 24 hours to inflat out the box. Directions say 72 hours but we were all with back pain and didn’t want to wait and it is still perfect I think it took its proper for in the 24 hours but still if you can follow manufacturer directions maybe it’s best.
