The safe was great while it was working. It started beeping all by itself. Couldn't stop it without removing batteries. Tech support would only talk if it was under warranty. I couldn't find warranty information anywhere on the site. Still beeps when the batteries are in. Still no. support.

I had bought and returned a ASELINE pistol safe because it was so totally unreliable. I could not be more please with this RPNB quick access pistol safe. It is extremely quick at the fingerprint reading and seems extremely reliable readings. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is the foam padding is a little thin and there is no cable lock. It is meant to secure with mounting bolts to a floor surface. I will buy my own cable mechanism so not a big issue, but the safe mounting is not too flexible which is why I did not give it 5 stars.

This was literally one of the easiest things to set up out of any product I have purchased. The instructions given are very detailed but for anyone that might still have issues the seller put a video on here as well. I had it out of the box, put in a new code, added 3 fingerprints, and had it bolted down in probably around 45 minutes. I wish it was tad bigger on the inside but there is still a decent amount of room. For anyone that has children but want a safe that is easy to bolt down securely this one is great. So far I couldn't be more pleased.

I really like this safe but mostly is the size of it ! I can keep a couple of handguns plus amo and another things like passports etc ! But this safe is great for keeping at home and I’ll be on the market for a small one to carry my handguns out of the house to the range ! I haven’t use the fingerprint reader yet but I will try it soon I will update my review in a couple of months to see how it goes

Product as described and well made. It is lightweight, but sturdy. My only complaint is the product description stated it stores up to 20 fingerprints, which it does not. If it does, I sure haven't figured it out. My man uses the fingerprint and I use the number code. There are also 2 keys you can use if necessary. Holds 2 handguns and several boxes of ammo with ease. Very good product and I would recommend it to others. Gave 4 stars because of fingerprint scanning issue.

Seems like it could be a bit heavier, but in all honesty, if someone really wants to break into almost any safe, they can. It's easy to secure it to a floor or shelf to make it more secure. Without the keys, or a crowbar and sledge hammer, I seriously doubt anyone but you will get in. I love how the door pops open quickly. Seems like a good safe at a good price. I'd buy it again.

I love how easy it is to setup, code combo is great but I love the fingerprint reader so easy to use and takes only half a second to open after confirmed print has been placed on reader. I have had it for awhile now and the batteries I put in it are still working😱
