I chose this brand of bike for my son because they come with high quality training wheels. My son is a small adult, but has issues that keep him from riding a regular bike. He's outgrown his strider bike, and really wanted a real bike and learn how to pedal. The bike itself was relatively easy to assemble and seems like excellent heavy duty quality. However, it was disappointing to find that the 20" bike does not come with training wheels as stated. There was a customer service tag included that said to go to Royal Baby Amazon page to get accessories "like training wheels for 18"/20" bike" however, they do not sell their "never bent" ones as an accessory after all. I tried to call the customer service number, and there was no answer, and would automatically hang up. I had to find a set of heavy duty ones elsewhere for $38 which added to the cost of the bike in general, and made it less value for money spent. ... show more

If I could rate it zero stars I would. We purchased this bike for our sons 7th Birthday and he has only been able to ride it a handful of times. Every single time the tires go flat. The front and the back. We’ve purchased several new tubes to replace them and it continues to happen, (the replacement is such a hassle).. I’m waiting to hear back from Customer Service so I’ll update this if I ever do. But as of now I’d never recommend this bike.. it’s such a bummer. ... show more
