I chose this brand of bike for my son because they come with high quality training wheels. My son is a small adult, but has issues that keep him from riding a regular bike. He's outgrown his strider bike, and really wanted a real bike and learn how to pedal. The bike itself was relatively easy to assemble and seems like excellent heavy duty quality. However, it was disappointing to find that the 20" bike does not come with training wheels as stated. There was a customer service tag included that said to go to Royal Baby Amazon page to get accessories "like training wheels for 18"/20" bike" however, they do not sell their "never bent" ones as an accessory after all. I tried to call the customer service number, and there was no answer, and would automatically hang up. I had to find a set of heavy duty ones elsewhere for $38 which added to the cost of the bike in general, and made it less value for money spent. ... show more

I ordered this Royal baby kids bike from India for my grandson in US as his 5th birthday gift. Bike delivered promptly before date. He is very happy to ride this bike. But unfortunately ringer bell of the bike stop working after 2nd day. Now he is little disappointed for that. I wrote to CS of Amazon and also to Service deptt. of Royalbaby bike for Replacement/resolution but since one week there is no response from both. It is request to both kindly send the replacement of defective bell to the shipped address at the earliest to bring back the smile on my grandson face. Regds. ... show more
