The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2 mattress 24 inches and 29 inches for my salon. The 24 inches is good but the 29 not. half of the topper remained flat after a few days . And the smell is so bad. So disappointed. I can’t contact the seller

I ordered this to rehab after surgery. Very sturdy and my Phyiscal Therapist was very excited with the number of exercises we were able to integrate in my sessions. If I could add on feature it would be lower and elevate feature but it was not missed

The media could not be loaded. This is the best investment i made with the lash room. Its very soft and comfortable. All my clients sleeps on it while im lashing. It just gives off chemical odor for atleast 2-3days after opening. Important to air it out.

I had problems with this product being half flat and half fluffy. I looked at the care instructions and I simple just washed it in the washer on a gentle cycle and dried it in the dryer on a low heat. It came out of the dryer being a tad bit damp but it fluffed up a whole lot!
