A nice sturdy feeling umbrella that is large enough for two people to comfortably walk under. It was a little windy the night I used it, but nothing hurricane force. The umbrella did not seem to stress under the load of a little wind, did a great job of keeping us dry. And, as a bonus, it looks sleek, sophisticated and understated so that you won't feel embarrassed walking into your dinner reservation at that fancy restaurant with it in tow.

Remarkable customer service: My umbrella arrived with a small crack in the handle probably due to rough handling during shipping. I emailed customer service at 5:19 p.m. and had a reply at 4:04 a.m. the next morning. That's less than 12 hours. Amazing. They quickly shipped me a replacement umbrella at no cost. This is the best umbrella, and customer service, I've ever had!

This umbrella is well-made, sturdy and most importantly, large enough to comfortably cover and protect two people. I generally like collapsible umbrellas that I can carry in my bag or backpack. However, from time to time, there are two of us. The smaller umbrellas are completely useless for two; neither one of us is adequately protected from the rain and if it's windy, it becomes useless! While this umbrella does not break down enough to fit into a bag or backpack, the cover comes with a nice strap for you to carry on your shoulder. The well designed umbrella and cover come together providing excellent protection for two. It also withstands a fair amount of wind. We are exceptionally happy with this umbrella. 5 stars!!
