Disappointed on how this grill came. A lot of the pieces were dented and out of shape. Took a lot of time moving and pushing pieces into shape to get it put together. The lids don't shut straight and the charcoal lifter hits. But it works, and I needed it right away.

Don't waist your money on this BBQ, not what I I expected for all the positive reviews it has! it is so poorly made, very thin metal materials, most pieces were bent so it was hard to put it together and also the instructions are horrible, not even them match since the pieces were labeled with letters but with numbers in the brochure so you have to figure all out by the diagrams! the only reason I didn't not return it was it was going to be a nightmare to put it back in the box and so heavy to transport. I am not expecting to last any long because some parts are already rusted ): ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT at all! ... show more

    • It works, but just too light of materials.
This is my second duel fuel grill. This on does not give much distance from fire source on the Charcoal side and that makes for more flare ups I would have liked to be able to lower the charcoal further for slower cooking. Gas side is better controlled. Light weight materials most likely won't last long under daily usage. We will have to report on that later. ... show more

We finally were able to get the grill put together due to our schedules and upon doing so discovered that there were pieces that were bent and items missing. The items missing were pins for doors, axle for wheels, and token magnet. For the price paid it should have been complete with items needed to out together. ... show more

I didn’t use it but looking very nice. Only one problem Is charcoal tray crank not working properly. I figured it out. I add a piece of metal now tray come up easily. Long assembly it takes for me.
