This is a very simple machine. It’s easy to put together as well. There are three resistance levels on the bottom and as a beginner, I wish there was another lower resistance level or two added. Needed a compact rower to fit in a smaller room and this worked out well. Easy to assemble, resistance bands gave a challenging workout and the most important for me, how compact and stable this rower is. Just wish the seat motion was a little more quiet but, for the price, this is a win. Update: after 3 months of usage this rower has not experienced any band breakage, HOWEVER, for those looking for replacement bands, I have "measured" a relaxed one at 84 inches. Amazon has: ZHOUBIN 72 Inch Black Bungee Cords with Carabiner Hooks, 4Pcs...…available but they are only 72 inches, They are the longest I could find. These spatulas are very well-made! I use them nearly every time I cook, and much prefer them to any spatulas I previously owned. Cleaning them is super easy; barely an inconvenience, as nothing sticks to them.
