I love my rowers, one is a stamina, the other has a tank. This seat pad works well for both. I tried a few pads and my skinny boney ass just got more and more beat up. When I first got the rowers (one fits in the smart car for dog sitting), I weighed in at 180. A year later, I had to work up to two hours a day, and I am at 115! I've been rowing for a year and a half and in the last few months, I've experienced pain in my glute after about 20min of rowing. I tried foam rolling my legs and increased stretching before rows while also paying close attn to my form (engaging core), but my right glute would have piercing pain. I used this cushion for the first time on my first 1hr row and experienced zero pain. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this wasn't a fluke! So far, highly recommend. This pad makes a world of difference for me. I have a displaced tailbone and it allows me to be able to manage the discomfort (oh hell...excruciating pain that comes from that) and I can actually get into a position to be able to row for easily twice as long as I could prior to getting it. I bought this for extra padding on my Merach rower. With a dislocated tailbone, sitting for long periods of time is extremely uncomfortable. This really helps me stay on my rower for 30 min or more without pain. It does not move around at all.
