Solid little laser definitely not an airsoft toy. Currently have it on an AR9. Vis and IR laser are aligned well. I was able to align the vis laser to my red at 50 yards and hit steel under nods with it in the dark. The white light is ok out to about 50 yards as well as the ir light. The ir light is very floody and spills on everything around you. It does auto gate my pvs14. Both lasers are plenty bring. For what it is the price is great. It’s not even close to what my Steiner D2 can do but inside of 50 yards it’s good to go. It does exactly what I wanted it to for 300 beans compared to dropping 1k on a “real” laser. ... show more

Outstanding features for price. This little unit exceeded my expectations by far. Solidly built and seems to be very durable. Functions great with or without night vision -- the IR laser maybe a little too bright, in some cases, for NVG's.

    • Impressive Features and Build Quality, but Ultimately Not the Right Fit for My Needs
The RovyVon GL4 Pro+ exceeded my expectations in many ways. For the price point, it offers an impressive range of features in a compact and well-engineered package. The build quality is excellent — solid construction that feels durable and capable of handling field use. The unit integrates its multiple functions seamlessly, and the controls are straightforward once you become familiar with them. Performance-wise, the white light is more than adequate, delivering a clean 400 lumens that work well for close- to mid-range applications. The IR laser and illuminator are both strong performers, though I did find the IR laser to be a bit on the bright side when paired with night vision goggles, which may require some adjustment depending on your setup. RovyVon WEXCEED customer service was outstanding throughout the process, promptly replacing the unit when I encountered an issue with the used unit. However, after using the replaced new unit for a short period of time, I ultimately found that the GL4 Pro+ and didn’t align perfectly with my particular needs and setup and ended up returning it and I ended up getting the GL5 instead and staying with that one. I was a bit upset when they were impatient…and followed me up with a email that was not happy about. I mean give the customer some time, it was the weekend. That said, I can still confidently recommend it to anyone seeking a versatile, rail-mounted flashlight and laser solution at a very competitive price. Pros: • Excellent build quality; feels durable and solid • Compact, lightweight design with multiple functions in one unit • Bright 400-lumen white light for versatile use • Strong IR illuminator and laser performance • Intuitive controls and easy rail mounting • Great value for the feature set Cons: • IR laser may be too bright for some NVG setups • Ultimately didn’t fit my specific needs despite overall quality Good day and Thank you! ... show more

    • Bult like a tank, zeroes easily, and stays zeroed.
These lasers are bomb proof. Hundreds of rounds down range and they stay zeroed. Highly recommended. You won't find a more solid feeling laser out there. The IR laser and IR flood light are very bright. The battery goes and goes. The switch functionality is easily memorized and the lever very accessible. So far so good had it for a little while now several longer range trips of heavy recoil/concussive 10&Dillon and it's still rocking steady. I'm actually glad I took a chance on the Rovyvon brand (so far at least ) ... The brand seems to be of significantly higher build quality than Olight, if I were to guess market wise they're coming in hot swinging wild and aiming to get a piece of that surefire customer basin. So far I've been impressed by both the GL4 and 5 units got them both while they were on sale and figured I'd take the guinea pig plunge. Realistically only time will tell but several months in no complaints as of yet. ... show more

    • Needs refining
Seems like more products are suffering from a lack of QA and critical thinking in business. This ships with instructions for the QD version and no mention whatsoever of the dozen or so micro-screws haphazardly thrown into a couple of bags with the mounting hardware. Giant washers with no obvious use, no inventory sheet to verify the screw sizes and count, no instructions for putting together this supposedly "upgraded" version of it when literally every other LAM with a pic rail attachment comes ready to mount but this is in 15 pieces in a 2x1 inch baggie with no instructions. I got it figured out because of experience with "Airsoft" and I'll give it a 4 eventually if it stays zeroed. The machined 1913 gap piece leaves a little wiggle room so you're essentially just relying on the clamp force from the cross screw. It's going on a 9mm but I wouldn't trust it for anything larger. ... show more
