Delivery was fast with Prime. Installed easily. Connected to app less than 2 minutes after following directions. AC cool off room. The only thing I don't like is that it run loud. Room is upstairs & I can hear it downstairs. Other than that, it's good.

Started off with a roach inside of the unit when I unboxed it. The insulation they provided fell apart when touching it. Basically disintegrated. This this is absolutely OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD. The filter tray they provided rattles against the front plastic piece making it even more obnoxious. Had to shove a rubber watch strap between them to get it to work efficiently. Instillation was a pain. Spent way too much to have this many problems. Not worth the money and I want my money back. ... show more

Quick installation. Excellent cooling speed. Built-in automatic ECO friendly setting to help those costly electric bills (can be turned off manually). When on the lowest degree setting, 61, and lowest fan speed, it's practically silent. Old air-conditioning unit needed to be turned off while I had phone conversations in this room, now, not a single complaint from whomever is on the other end of the call. Only issue, my bed sit fairly low to the unit and the blue LED lights on the panel feel brighter than they should be. If you don't face your AC unit, you should be fine. ... show more
