First note is I work overseas on a military base on a small island, And a lot of companies will not ship here. RovR will, also transportation on island is by bicycle, other than official business. So, I also ordered the trailer for the cooler. Both arrived about a week after I placed the order. It took 5 minutes to add the trailer to the cooler, very easy as all of their coolers are set up to take the trailer add on. I put about a case of beer and filled it with ice. It took 4 days before all the ice had melted. Not bad for a 45 quart cooler, towing behind my bike is easy due to the real tires on it. Yes they have valve stems to inflate to whatever pressure you want. I'm not sure about getting spare tubes for it yet, hopefully will not need to. The dry bag on top is another thing, I really did not think I needed until I tried using it, it works great when you want to carry dry stuff with a cooler full of beer. Overall, I have had it for about 3 weeks and it works great for what I need it for. ... show more

We still had ice after the end of a four day spring break car-camping trip in the Southern California desert. This even though we weren’t especially careful about keeping the lid closed and used cubed ice. The dry bin was a revelation, and we found all sorts of uses for the folding bin on top. We also had no problems checking the cooler on the plane and were able to use it to pack some of our camping gear for the flight. ... show more

    • Love the cooler except the handle
I love everything about the cooler except the luggage style handle. It was damaged the first day I used it. I took it down some stairs and now the handle will not close all the way. The handle is flimsy and feels like it will not hold up when pulling a full cooler. I used the cooler at the beach last week. It rolls great on compact sand but it is still a little hard to move in soft sand as expected. Holds ice great. I really liked the smaller size (45) for my boat but I would recommend getting the larger size(60) due to the more sturdy handle. ... show more

    • Easy to carry but ice melts after 2nd day.

It mentions it can hold ice for a whole week, but it starts melting on the 2nd day :( However, it’s easy to carry, good size, and can fit lots of stuff if you’re going out for a day trip or camping for a few days. I like the dry and wet compartments too. Very durable.

Left for a short camping trip on Thursday. We were delayed in leaving, cooler sat in the car for two hours ( 84° outside) At the campgrounds Rovr was opened and closed about 30 times everything stayed cool inside and still had 75% of the ice remaining on Sunday.

Great wheels, keeps food cold, easy to maneuver, variety of cool attachments. Can't wait to use the Bike Attachment, the Umbrella Attachment and the Stash Bag at our first bike driven rover cooler picnic!
