Quality is good and my only complaint is that it had FOUR stickers., 2 on each door, that gave some instruction for assembly. I spent a lot of time looking at and comparing different kennels and ultimately chose this one. It is perfect for my two (35-40lbs) heelers, instructions were pretty simple to follow (mostly pictures, also FYI, you start by building the bottom first and have to flip it over) and I built it alone in 2 hours. It seems pretty sturdy, looks nice and has plenty of room for my girls. Only downside was some of the screw holes didn’t QUITE match up, but with a slight angle of the screw worked fine. I’ve seen a lot of reviews with a grate/bar bottom, this does not have that. It is a solid bottom, so no need to worry about your pups feet or collar getting stuck. ... show more

makes a great table and great dog kennel i have 2 got one for each of my bullys just to give them room as u can take out the center , works wonderful , went together Easly did it by myself , one thing is on the bottom where the wood covers the tray make sure u put the correct walls the right way or u cant put them on without taking out omg it felt like a hundred crews back off just to turn it around not worth it to me so i left it the way it is figured if the dogs poop id rather not have that scaping the poop as i pull the tray out anyway , will be buying another for my daughters dog ... show more

We received our dog crate with NO assembly instructions. I called Amazon and they told me to email the manufacturer which I did and I got NO response. I have all the pieces all over my living room with about 100 screws and parts but NO way to put it together. This is a horrible experience! Do not buy anything from this Manufacturer or Amazon because they won’t help you. I think I will have to return which means Amazon will have to send a truck back to my house since it’s over the weight limit for me to return. DO NOT BUY DOG CRATES FROM THEM! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We received this today and are putting it together, only to find that one of the metal grates has the holes drilled on the wrong side. It’s impossible to assemble this and provide a sound piece of furniture without the holes drilled properly to absorb the weight of the pet. We’ve already started, and we need these kennels, so I don’t want to waste time sending it back and waiting for a replacement. That’s super frustrating, because it’s otherwise lovely. ... show more

Generally, it's very nice, heavy and seems sturdy.... except that mine is missing the "K" pieces. These are the pieces that keep the sliding doors on the tracks - kind of important pieces for a crate!
