This is a good barstool. The items came packaged carefully (in clear plastics and bubble wrapped) in a big box. It actually came a few days earlier than the estimated delivery date. The only thing that might be just a solitary incident, the package did not come with assembly instruction. I actually had to check YouTube for assembly instructions for similar models. Make sure you remove the black plastic coverings before you put the chair and sit on it. The black covering is to protect the suspension part of the chair. This item will be shipped by UPS, though, and this is a medium size box. So, if they can't leave your item or have no access to your front door, use a different shipping address. UPS will charge you to change delivery address. ... show more
