They left my 6 piece furniture set on a pallet in my driveway and had me sign. 2 pieces were slightly damaged. If I trusted the delivery company I would return the 2 pieces ,but I dont. Other than that the quality is very good. Beautiful set.

I bought 4 of these bedroom sets along with 4 extra nightstands. In just a few months because they are not out of warranty I discovered a whitish, blackish, grayish, greenish powdery-looking whatever it is growing on the material and inside and outside of the drawers of the chest of drawers, dressers, and nightstand. The material behind the mirror the powdery whatever it is growing on them. I kept wiping but the things they continued to grow rapidly with spores-like structures. Now they are growing on the wood material itself. It is very frightening to see when you have no idea what they are. These just need to be destroyed in a fire to kill whatever these are. I first reached out to Amazon who then directed me to the seller. No one seems to want to take responsibility for selling these. Currently, there are complaints that there is a funny sent coming from the material. I am still awaiting a substantial reply because spending all this money and not getting your value for money is unacceptable. I already have to put up with so many stable holes and cuts on these furniture materials that the manufacturer used. The seller and Amazon know that everything they sold are insured. My products are still under warranty as well. Why try to push around a customer who has been buying on Amazon for over about 20 YEARS. Nice furniture with some good weight to it. Trucker left in driveway. Found out too late that the dresser was damaged (you only get 3 days, not 30 days as you get with Roundhill). I was given a choice between a 6% discount or a hefty shipping cost to get a replacement that was almost the cost of buying a new dresser. I chose the discount. DO NOT LET THE TRUCK LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR FURNITURE! All of the pieces had some slight issues, but that was the only one that i couldn't accept, but had to anyway. All in all i love the furniture and will just have to get this dresser to a furniture repair person. ... show more
